Weather, lighting, internet connectivity, maintenance, third-party platforms, or equipment failures may affect availability.

Permitted Use

You may access HarborMedia.ai for lawful personal or authorized business purposes consistent with these Terms. Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

• Copy, scrape, bulk-download, rebroadcast, resell, or commercially exploit HarborMedia.ai content
• Circumvent access controls or security features
• Interfere with the site, servers, cameras, accounts, or network
• Upload malicious code or unlawful content
• Misrepresent affiliation with HarborMedia.ai

Intellectual Property

Submissions are governed by the Photo & Video Submission Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Third-Party Content

The service may display third-party links, maps, embeds, advertisements, or content. HarborMedia.ai does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, terms, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as is and as available basis. HarborMedia.ai does not warrant uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be waived.
